Maria's Story
Maria began her career as a classroom teacher, spending years in the trenches learning what works — and what doesn't — when it comes to reaching every student. She saw firsthand how explicit instruction, strong literacy practices, and well-planned lessons could transform outcomes for children, especially those who had fallen behind.
That experience led her into instructional coaching, where she discovered her true calling: helping other teachers find their confidence and sharpen their craft. Over the years, Maria has coached hundreds of teachers, facilitated professional development across multiple districts, and become a recognized expert in literacy instruction and HMH curriculum implementation.
Maria founded Educate All Teachers with a clear mission — to make high-quality instructional coaching accessible to every educator, whether they're a first-year teacher planning a single lesson or a district leader rolling out a new curriculum across 20 schools.
Her approach is grounded in respect, practical support, and a deep belief that every teacher can grow. She doesn't bring theory without practice — she brings classroom-tested strategies, honest feedback, and the kind of coaching that actually changes what happens between the bell and the dismissal.
